💇‍♀️ Updated Salon Policy 💇‍♀️ Hey everyone! 💕 Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I’ll now be requiring a card on file for all appointments — effective immediately. I truly value every one of my clients and want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to book the times they need. Please take a moment to review the updated policy below: ✨ Cancellations within 24 hours: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may be charged 50% of the total service, at my discretion. 🚫 No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% no-show fee will be charged. ⏰ Late arrivals: There’s a 10-minute grace period for every appointment. After 10 minutes, I may need to mark the appointment as a no-show, charge the applicable fee, and move on to the next client to stay on schedule. ❤️ Life happens!
